MUNGO
MUNGO is a catch crop from the special selection of
SAATBAU LINZ. This asteraceae has no other relatives,
except sunflowers. This provides especiallyeffective
interruption of crop rotation, for exampleof cereals
(including maize).
MUNGO is thermophilic, grows rapidly in summerand
suppresses weeds well. MUNGO is drought resistant
andcan be successfully combined with other catch crops.
